The Bauhaus wanted “the new building of the future”, a crystalline symbol of a new upcoming faith “created, as Walter Gropius in his founding manifesto called for. Side but was still enough time for celebrations. The program of art, design and architecture school was followed by a rigorous modernism, but the life there must have been rather casual. There was football and a jazz band, the Carnival balls were legendary. From this life to tell the snapshots, where the Bauhaus students have documented their everyday lives. There are unspectacular pictures, but where the spirit of the avant-garde can be perceived. The shadow state that is a trick, which forced the subjectivity of the “new vision” corresponds to the twenties. He is a large photo to see Gramm, the grauschwarze so enigmatic as lofty sounding recording of a circular structure. Moholy-Nagy praised the “technical view” of the camera lens and found: “We have in the photographic apparatus of the most reliable tool for early vision of an objective.”

He was about the whole thing utopie free world in the greatest possible precision manner. Peter Hans, of engineering, mathematics and philosophy student and then a successful Fotostudio had founded, is a meticulous still lifes represent a herring, abgenagte bones, bread and lemon slices together.
