The demographic change is more and more of an abstract notion of sociology to a real challenge for society and the economy. The indirect consequence is a shortage of skilled labor in many occupational fields, be it engineering, craft or commercial jobs. The Regional Economic Rhein-Hunsrück now tries to bring this issue to be addressed.
For the 8th Economic Forum of the Rhein-Hunsrück Wirtschaftsförderung in the Rhine-Hunsrück district, two prominent guest speakers announced. On Wednesday, 26 August, the Rhineland-Palatinate Minister Malu Dreyer and the Chairman of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern, Stefan Kuntz in Autohaus Scherer in Simmern speak.
The regional economy will be this evening from 18 employees to clock in the spotlight, because companies that succeed in the market, are dependent on a resource: their employees.
Under the motto “Man – you are important to me” take the 8th Business Forum on this issue, highlighting why a healthy, motivated and skilled employees are critical factors for successful businesses are explained Laszló Gilány, the chairman of the Regional economy. “We have succeeded in two interesting personalities in this topic to be found.
